个人简介

邹苑,女,博士,硕士研究生导师, 20186月毕业于华南理工大学,获得工学博士学位,期间曾前往荷兰瓦赫宁根大学食品物理及物理化学组联合培养(20169月至20179月);20187月起在JDB游戏官方网站工作。

研究方向

主要从事新蛋白资源开发利用(植物蛋白、食用菌蛋白)、食用菌精深加工、胶体与界面科学、食品营养与健康等相关领域研究。

主讲本科生课《食品微生物检验》和《食品蛋白质》,研究生课《食品与健康及保健食品开发趋势专题》
